Boys will be boys. Especially when Hollywood is paying for it. David Katz and A.J. Jacobs, both editors at Esquire Magazine, have struck Hollywood gold with their book “Things A Man Should Never Do Past 30.” Evidently, Tinseltown moguls, including Barry Sonnenfeld (of MEN IN BLACK and PUSHING DAISIES) have bought the book as a possible TV adaptation. The book lists 500 things that 30-somethings shouldn’t do. I can think of a couple…
GalleyCat reports: “The show is about a guy working at men’s magazine who is reluctant to embrace adulthood and his friend who is an immersion journalist,” says Katz. The true-to-life part(s)- Katz works at a men’s magazine. He is writing the book with Jacobs, who is an immersion journalist.
