Summer Poetry Contest Winners!

The sun has truly been shining on WordHustler’s Contest Headquarters this summer- we received some of the best entries we’ve ever gotten. We asked for poems about summer and the submissions came flooding in. But after sifting through over 400 entries, we have dutifully narrowed it down to three Winners and six Honorable Mentions.

Get ready for our next contest- WordHustler’s first annual Literary Storm Novel Contest. That’s right, we’ve upped the stakes and we’ve upped the prize. The Literary Storm Contest will be judged by literary agent extraordinaire Danielle Chiotti from Upstart Crow Literary. The Grand Prize will be a FREE manuscript critique/edit by acclaimed manuscript consultant Joyce Sweeney (Psst! That’s a $500+ value prize!)

WordHustler’s May Writing Contest: Tell Us About Your Best Birthday!

WordHustler’s Monthly Writing Contest: A Birthday Celebration!

It’s hard to believe it was only a year ago that WordHustler debuted our ground-breaking submission technology to the world. Since last May, we’ve been helping over 4,000 writers send out more than 14 million words to the world. Our wonderful clients have gotten short stories published, connected with agents, and won contests! Hurrah!

To celebrate our first birthday, WordHustler’s May Writing Contest is: What’s the best birthday gift you’ve ever received and why?  

In an essay under 500 words, tell us what the gift was, who gave it to you, and how it touched you. We will then sort through all the masterpieces and post the best 3 on WordHustlerInk.com*

Spring has sprung, flowers are in bloom, and what better way to celebrate National Poetry Month than by some creative poems composed by WordHustler’s own poets? This month, send WordHustler a poem that showcases your poetic talents and you could win big!

In under 200 words, your task is to share with us an original piece that has not been previously published. Any theme, any topic, any form- just make sure it’s poetry. We will then sort through all the masterpieces and post the best 3 on WordHustlerInk.com*

WordHustler’s First Writing Contest: “Why I Write”

Due To Popular Demand: Contest Deadline Extended to April 10th!!!

Writer’s block no more, it’s time to get cracking…WordHustler is launching a monthly writing contest for our members.

We are so impressed with the thousands of words that pass through our offices everyday that we want to start showing off some of your exciting talent on our site! So each month we will hold a writing contest on WordHustler.com with various writing themes.

The March prompt is “Why I Write.” What inspires you, pushes you forward, drives you to commit those long hours at your desk?
